1. Binding Agreement & Service Terms

3. Third-Party Cloud, AI & Platform Dependencies

Certain digital products, software memberships, and AI services provided on our platform rely directly on global cloud algorithms, server architectures, and policies governed by international third-party providers. The listed subscription validity represents the maximum standard membership term supported by the underlying platform, which is subject to continuous provider-side server policies. We guarantee 100% genuine delivery and initial activation; however, permanent operational lifetime cannot be guaranteed by any third-party vendor. Once successfully activated, warranty and replacement eligibility for such products is strictly limited to the specific terms set forth in their individual product description.

4. User Responsibilities & Shared Account Integrity

For shared subscription plans, users are granted license to access strictly their assigned profile number/PIN. The following actions constitute immediate contract termination without refund or warranty:

• Attempting to change the master email, master password, billing plan, or language settings on shared accounts.
• Modifying or viewing other users' private profiles, profile names, or locks on shared services.
• Streaming, logging in, or sharing access across more devices/screens than purchased.
• Unauthorized reselling, sub-licensing, or public distribution of provided credentials.
• Using malicious VPNs or blacklisted IP addresses that cause provider-side automated account bans.

5. Pricing, Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳) and finalized upon automated or manual gateway verification. Orders are confirmed only after successful receipt of payment. We reserve the right to cancel suspicious orders or request verification in cases of suspected payment fraud.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangladesh.
