• Professional developer, SEO & designer tools (Envato Elements, Freepik, GitHub Copilot, Semrush, etc.)
• Educational & IT learning subscriptions (LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, Udemy, Skillshare, etc.)

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information (Name, Email, WhatsApp number) when ordering.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and order invoice codes private.
• For shared profile subscriptions, you must strictly use only your assigned profile number and PIN without altering master account credentials.

4. Orders & Payments

• All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳) and include applicable payment gateway fees.
• Orders are automatically verified upon successful transaction confirmation through automated or manual gateway verification.
• We reserve the right to cancel suspicious orders or request identity verification in cases of suspected payment fraud.

5. Fair Usage & Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of service without refund:

• Changing the master email, master password, or subscription tier on shared accounts.
• Reselling or sub-sharing single-screen profiles to multiple unauthorized third parties.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit vulnerabilities on our website.

6. Warranty & Replacement Guarantee

All subscriptions purchased from SMART TECH HUB include a 100% full-duration replacement warranty. If any account credentials experience disruption during the purchased validity term, our 24/7 technical team will restore or replace access within 1 to 12 hours.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.
